1. How can I get a catalogue?

2. What's the price term?

By DHL or other courier: FOB Ningbo or if by sea freight: FOB Ningbo Sea Port.

3. What?¡¥s the payment method?

Small order: 100% T/T advance,
Bulk order: 40% T/T in advance, balance to be paid before shipping.
W e accept Visa & MasterCard payment.
* Bank details to be included in the pro forma invoice; usually it takes about 4 to 6 days for us to receive the payment.

4. Can I get some samples or is a small order accepted?

Yes. Most of the items are in stock and samples orders are available, you are asked to pay for them including the shipping cost.Sometimes,we make new samples for you,it'll take not more than 1 week.For your convenience,you can pay by credit card (Visa & MasterCard).directly.After checking your payment issue, we will send samples to you asap.

5. What are the delivery methods and delivery time?

1) For orders less than USD2000:
By DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT or air cargo: it takes about 4 to 5 days for the delivery to European countries and USA.

2) For orders over USD2000:
By air cargo or DHL or other courier, it takes about one week.

Our company has good relationship with logistics companies and courier companies,so you will benefit from discount shipping,which will save your much cost.

6. Is OEM order accepted?

Yes.
It will take us 2~3 weeks to make the mould and the first samples. We suggest you send your samples to us to make the new mould first.

7. Can I have my own logo or company info printed on the packaging?

Yes, your company logo or company info can be printed, you should provide the details. And the minimum order quantity for one box is 3000PCS. The cost of color box will be added to the quotation after order confirmed.

8. Can you design the packaging for us?

Yes, we have the designer who can design the packaging for your special requirement. Truly, we know the customers always be attracted by the out packaging when selecting sex toys in shop or on-line, we have the advantage.
